Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Amica Immigration website and the consultations booked through it. Amica Immigration Services Inc. is a Canadian immigration consultancy led by Abhishek Jain, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Scope of advice
Information on this site is general in nature. Specific advice is provided only after a signed retainer or paid consultation. A free 20-minute call is an eligibility screening, not formal legal advice.
Fees
Strategy sessions and full retainers are quoted in writing before any work begins. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund terms are stated on the engagement letter for each matter.
No outcome guarantee
Immigration outcomes depend on IRCC and other authorities. We commit to professional, diligent work. We cannot guarantee approval of any application.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
