Information you share through our website, intake forms, or consultations is used only to assess and progress your immigration matter, and is handled in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) Code of Professional Conduct.
What we collect
Name, contact details, country of residence, and any case context you choose to share. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
How we use it
To prepare for your consultation, advise on your file, and communicate about your matter. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Client records are retained per CICC requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time.
